Reservation and Payment Conditions

1. Included in price:

• Accomodation in single/double room
• Full board, 24h medical care
• medical treatments according to local doctor’s recommendation (up to 4 treatments per day)
• daily use of sauna, jacuzzi, exercise hall.

2. The stay in the sanatorium starts with lunch on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day of the stay.

3. The person arriving to the sanatorium shall present upon arrival a copy of an emailed confirmation of his/her stay from HIT which mentions:

a. Name of the sanatorium
b. First and last name of the person
c. His/her period of stay
d. Single or double room

4. The person arriving in the sanatorium should bring his/her medical records describing medical condition, medical test results and any medicines currently taken. This will enable the sanatorium's doctor to administer appropriate treatments.

5. Payment conditions:

Part payment (50%) to be made by bank transfer which must be received by us within 5 days from receipt of our emailed confirmation of your stay and the amount to be transferred.
The remaining amount should be received by us not later than 14 days before your arrival day.

Payment deadlines are deemed to be the dates when transfers arrive at HIT's bank account.

6. Cancellations:

If cancellation of stay is made at least 21 days before planned arrival, the cancellation charge is PLN 60 (aprox. Euro 15)
If cancellation is made later – the cancellation charge is the whole amount paid.
